Moeris, a portfolio company of Caymus Equity, has acquired Richmond Traffic Control, a leading work zone safety and traffic control provider serving Virginia since 2008.

The acquisition expands the Moeris platform into a high-growth Mid-Atlantic infrastructure corridor and adds a strong regional operator with an established reputation for safety, quality, and reliability.

Richmond Traffic Control has spent nearly two decades building deep customer relationships across Virginia’s most demanding markets. The company operates from three locations across Central, Northern, and Tidewater Virginia and brings an ATSSA- and VDOT-certified team with strong local market credibility.

The combination creates a strong strategic fit. Both businesses share a relationship-driven approach centered on safety, service, and execution. Richmond Traffic Control will retain its name, locations, team, and operational structure, with no disruption to day-to-day operations.

Through the partnership, Richmond Traffic Control will gain access to Moeris’ shared resources, safety systems, procurement scale, and operational infrastructure to help accelerate its next phase of growth.
