This positions the combined organization as the largest distributor of lighting and lighting control systems on the East Coast, with a combined footprint from New York to North Carolina and service capabilities extending through the Southeast and Midwest. Weltmann's existing leadership team, including Co-Founders Kevin and Debra Weltmann, will continue to lead the Company's operations and maintain its premier market position in the Northeast.
