Blake is a Partner and Investment Lead at Caymus Equity and co-leads the firm’s day-to-day operational and investment activities, including new investment sourcing, evaluation, and execution, ongoing portfolio management, firm strategy, and investor relations.

A member of the Investment Committee, Blake has been instrumental in the evolution of Caymus Equity from an independent sponsor into an institutionalized, funded buyout firm, overseeing the development and implementation of the firm’s Small Business Value Acceleration Playbook across Fund I and Fund II.

Blake has spent over a decade at Caymus Equity investing out of Funds I and II, serving as Investment Lead on TriplePoint MEP, Catalis Dental Lab Partners, PlanIT Group, Seneca Resources, and Forthright Environmental, also holding board positions at each.

Prior experience includes an M&A role at a Bain Capital portfolio company and investment banking at Founders Advisors.

Blake is a member of the Southern 7 Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
