Chris is a Partner and Investment Lead at Caymus Equity and co-leads the firm’s day-to-day operational and investment activities, including new investment sourcing, evaluation, and execution, ongoing portfolio management, firm strategy, and investor relations.

A member of the Investment Committee, Chris has played a central role in the evolution of Caymus Equity from an independent sponsor into an institutionalized, funded buyout firm, driving the application of the firm’s Small Business Value Acceleration Playbook across Fund I and Fund II.

Chris has spent nearly a decade at Caymus Equity investing out of Funds I and II, serving as Investment Lead on Moeris, Overland Vehicle Systems, and Valley Lighting, also holding board positions at each.

Prior experience includes investing out of Funds I, II, and III at Heartwood Partners, where he held board positions at Roll-Rite, Aftermarket Performance Group, and CMI Limited Co., and investment banking at Wells Fargo.

Chris is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
