Mr. Hogan leads the firm's Business Development efforts, overseeing relationships with investment bankers and business brokers while conducting initial reviews of platform and add-on investment opportunities. He played an integral role in sourcing three of Fund II's platform investments — Seneca Resources, Forthright, and Valley Lighting. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hogan led the sales and marketing teams at a healthcare technology startup.
