Geoff co-founded Caymus Equity and has been primarily responsible for establishing the firm’s investment philosophy and operational discipline that define Caymus Equity’s approach to small business investing. Over more than fifteen years, Geoff has helped guide Caymus Equity from its origins as an independent sponsor into an institutionalized private equity firm with a proven track record across the firm’s investment portfolio. Geoff serves on Caymus Equity's Investment Committee and holds board seats across several of the firm's active portfolio companies.

Prior to founding Caymus Equity, Geoff was President and a board member of Orthodontic Centers of America, a former NYSE company, where he led operations and played a central role in building the company's infrastructure and driving significant growth. Earlier in his career, Geoff held executive roles at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Bear Stearns, and Prudential Securities, advising middle and lower middle market companies.
