Ollie co-founded Caymus Equity and has been primarily responsible for establishing the firm's investment philosophy and partnership culture that define Caymus Equity's approach to small business investing. Over more than fifteen years, Ollie has helped guide Caymus Equity from its origins as an independent sponsor into an institutionalized private equity firm with a proven track record across the firm's investment portfolio. Ollie serves on Caymus Equity's Investment Committee and holds board seats across several of the firm's active portfolio companies.

Prior to founding Caymus Equity, Ollie was a Partner at Regent Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on lower-middle-market companies in the consumer and business services sectors. While at Regent, Ollie invested in Buffalo Wild Wings and remained on the board for 19 years as the company grew to a market capitalization of over $3 billion. Earlier in his career, Ollie held executive roles at Kidder Peabody & Co., Drexel Burnham Lambert, and E.F. Hutton & Co., advising lower-middle-market companies.
