Caymus Equity Partners LLC (“Caymus Equity”) has announced that its portfolio company, Excel Orthopedic Rehabilitation, P.A. (“Excel” or the “Company”), has acquired Family Focus Physical Therapy P.A. (“Family Focus”). Family Focus is an outpatient physical therapy provider that has provided professional rehab services to southern and central New Jersey since 1991.
The transaction represents the fourth strategic acquisition for Excel since Caymus Equity partnered with PNC Mezzanine Capital, Deerpath Capital Management, L.P., and management to complete a majority recapitalization in November 2016.
