Caymus Equity Partners LLC (“Caymus Equity”) has announced that its portfolio company, Pan-Am Dental, LLC (“Pan-Am” or the “Company”), has acquired Alpha Dental Ceramics, Inc. (“Alpha Dental”). Alpha Dental is a Houston-based dental laboratory focused on fabricating a vast assortment of high-quality dental products, including crowns, veneers, implants, bridges and more. This acquisition serves to broaden Pan-Am’s geographic footprint while enhancing the Company’s service offerings and manufacturing capabilities.
The transaction represents the first strategic acquisition for Pan-Am since Caymus Equity partnered with Midwest Mezzanine Funds and RGA Private Debt & Equity to complete a majority recapitalization in December 2019.
